Exceptional service!!
I called ABSA Idirect on 01st of March 2020 and was assisted by Mala Reddy. I was in the verge of canceling the insurance. The service was exceptional. I was happy at the end that my concerns were addressed. Mala was great, calm and warm during the call and she called me later and kept in touch in the following day to make sure that I was satisfied with the assistance.
