Exceptional Service
I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service I got from Mr. Nduduzo Mbele on Tuesday 24th January 2023. He attentively listened to my query and felt the sense of urgency in it, where I was enquiring about my monthly premium that wasn't stable with ABSA iDirect Car Insurance. He made sure that my query was attended into immediately and he even went an extra of informing me of the things to be done my me to keep my premium lower.
I believe service like this ought to be lifted up. My query was actioned successfully. I hope iDirect will make sure that he is motivated in all aspects and rewarded for his unusual service.
