Exceptional Insurance Service & Staff Professionalism

I am writing this review to share my experience with ABSA Idirect Insurance. At first, there were issues with regards to the annual payments. If you do not call in just prior to the Anniversary date, the premium would probably go up. I didn't call in for the first 2 years of my policy so it was annoying when my premiums increased.

But, after remembering to call in, I realized that the reason for the call was to find out if certain pieces of information eg Have you installed a Garage? Have you installed a new Alarm System? etc. These questions were not to waste your time, ABSA was trying to find ways to bring your premium down to the LOWEST possible installment without you losing any of the benefits.

This year, after dealing with an agent named Nduduzo Mbele, ABSA once again reduced my premium by R200. I am basically paying half the Insurance Premium I started with and still have all my benefits. I have been with ABSA for over 5 years and not once have I had any issues with them, and if they mess me around I will be here sharing the complaint with the world, believe you me!

Now I am in no way trying to tell anyone to change their Insurance, but I can say from a personal standpoint that I have had good experiences with ABSA Idirect, they even go beyond what they should be offering if they find that a customer is not happy. For example, on the 2nd year I was so annoyed that my premium went up, they gave me my annual discount, plus a further R200 just so that they could end the call with me being happy with the service I received.

And the friendliness and advise I received from Nduduzo this year has given me an idea that will save me over a thousand rand on my Insurance. I won't name the other Insurance Company, but I needed additional Insurance and they were charging me R700 and Nduduzo quoted me a price of R300 for the exact same thing. I haven't done any research with other Insurance Companies, but I doubt that price can be beaten.

My advice to anyone looking for insurance is to simply give them a call and decide for yourselves, this review is just me sharing my personal experience with ABA Idirect and for you to make your own decision. I highly doubt you will be disappointed.
