I would like to complement Thabang Zinyoka on the excellent service provided to me, when I needed assistance with my policy. He was patient, professional, and very helpful in addressing my issues. I was at a point where I was ready to cancel my policy but Thabang's service caused to change my mind and stay with ABSA.
