Excellent Service from Mr.Lucky Khoza,fromAbsa Insurance Company

On 25 July 2024 I phoned Absa Insurance Company,because my salary was delayed as our HR had difficulties with processing salaries. My concern was that my Absa car insurance was not gonna be deducted from my bank account. I spoke to Lucky Khoza from Absa Insurance and he put me at ease that we can make another arrangement as soon as my salary get paid to me. Lucky was very helpful and hi professional attitude and confidence that I don't have to worry that my coverage will be jeopardize,put me at ease. I phoned back on Friday 27 July 2024,in the afternoon when I got my salary,Lucky remembered me and immediately not only help me to move my debit date,in case anything like this should happen again. I just wanna commend Lucky for his friendliness, professionalism and for putting me at rest with my concerns. Thank you Lucky Khoza for helping my vehicle to remain covered!
