My girlfriend was involved in an accident as the regular driver on the 29th of April while I was a premium in arrears, absa idirect didn't hesitate to assist her, they were there for us from the day we reported the incident and assisted us with a courtesy vehicle while our vehicle went in for repairs, their assessor kept us informed all the way and advised us to contact him directly should we have problems with the panelbeater...
