Excellent service
I called to cancel my policy as I felt like I am paying a lot On an old car . I didn’t want to hear anything but to cancel my policy , I was transferred to Lwazi Sithole who didn’t take NO for an answer . At first I was irritated by the first that he didn’t want to cancel my policy .
I decided to listen to him , he explained to me on how I can save on my premiums and convinced me to add my Building on the policy . Lwazi is the best at his Job and I would like to appreciate him .
