Excellent Service

Everyone can agree that getting an insurance that fully covers ones needs at a reasonable price can be a daunting and time consuming process. I called absa idirect to cancel my existing insurance with them because I had recieved a better quote elsewhere. Spoke to a lady by the name Mbali Mngcobo from the retention department. She explained thouroghly the benefits of my existing cover in comparison to the new cover i had gotten elsewhere. I thought it worthwhile to commend her for her patience and for her amazing knowledge and understanding of the product as well as that of the competitor.. Thanks Mbali for an excellent service..Keep up the good work... You managed to retain me through your good work ethic :):):):)
