Excellent service
I requested a call back regarding the review of my car insurance with Absa Idirect. The aim was to cancel since I got cheaper premiums with another insurer. I dealt with Mbali Ngoobo. I must say she is a great negotiator, very professional, knowledgeable about insurance industry and of course great personality. I think she is a huge asset to Absa Idirect and deserves much kudos. I am now a happy and satisfied client.
