Excellent Service

In August I received correspondence from ABSA Idirect Insurance stating that my Car Insurance Policy had gone up. I was confused as my cars value depreciates in value annually, but after contacting their Offices, I was called by Amanda Pshangela and she informed me that a review is done on my policy annually in July. If I do not call in, it's done automatically, hence the R50 odd rand increase. However, I was extremely pleased when Ms. Pshangela reviewed my Policy, even though the due date had passed, and not only did ABSA Idirect remove the R50 increase, they reduced my policy by a further R200, WITHOUT me losing any of my benefits. It's not often you get calls where an Insurance Company calls with news that I can save money every month and I am grateful to be Amanda & ABSA Idirect for their assistance.
