Excellent Service

I would like to compliment the service I received from Absa idirect on my car insurance. I spoke to Nduduzo Mbele who assisted me with the renegotiation of my premium. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had in relation to my cover. He was also very polite. I appreciated being serviced by him. Thank you for the great service. I wish all companies would adopt a similar style.
