On 21 July 2025, I received a call from one of your knowledgeable and friendly employees, Busisiwe Dhlamini, regarding the insurance on my mortgage. She clearly explained that I am covered and provided detailed information about the coverage. She also followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the service.
I appreciate the excellent assistance provided and look forward to continued support.
