Excellent service

To Whom It May Concern.

I, the undersigned, R. Roodt, hereby wish to bring to your attention regarding the excellent service I received telephonically from Mr Linda Ngwenya in connection with my NATIS papers for my vehicle. The problem I had was actually larger than expected as someone from ABSA Insurance had signed for the papers, reason unknown. Mr Linda Mgwenya went out of his way to trace the papers but it was quite impossible to do it speedily. He made me a promise to call me back as soon as the problem was solved. Much to my surprise, Mr Linda Mgwenya called back the next day with the good news that the problem was solved. He had gone that extra mile to help me. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to him, and congratulate you on the high quality of your employee. His constant friendliness and telephonic s****s are of a very high quality. I hope that all of your employees are of the same high quality. I really believe that Mr Linda Mgwenya will rise to higher positions in the banking trade. Please pass on my gratitude to him. I would like to recommend him as a candidate for the award of employee of the year. He deserves it. He is a real good example of the true meaning of Batho pele principles (People First).
