EXCELLENT SERVICE

The service I received today from Nduduzo Mbele was excellent. He is brilliant! Welcoming and easy to talk to. I am a slow learner, I do not easily understand things, Nduduzo understood me. He enlightened me about things concerning my policy, things I was not aware of, nor did I comprehend. He made things easy for me as I sometimes did not comprehend the jargon used in my policy document. He simplified, and explicitly explained my policy benefits and for the first time, all of it made sense. I would recommend ABSA IDirect insurance to other friends of mine.
