Excellent Luck Khoza
After 4 weeks of trying to make changes to my account having had called in so many times and my airtime would be finished. The agents would not bother to call back.
Not only did Lucky Khoza patiently assisted me but when the call got cut off once again he called me back and saved me a huge inconvenience and record.
He deserves 10 stars not just 5. Excellent, knowledgeable and professional agent Mr Lucky Khoza was.
