Excellent Customer Services ( Liesel Hoods and Assesso Mbali)

I would like to thank the Absa Idirect guys for the way they handled my claim after I had an accident, very stressed and worried and not sure what to expect, Liesel Hoods assisted me a lot with answers to almost all my numberless questions and assured me that they will assist the best way they can IF my claim meets the criteria for approval and if they have all the necessary information, she later took me through the process explaining what will be done etcetera, after my claim was submitted I also got a very helpful assessor Mbali who also made sure I understand the process adding to what Liesel had already explained, I did not expect anything to be honest because I was not even sure if this claim was going to be approved but it was and my car was fixed, am very happy, had thought of reviewing other insurers but I think I will stick around Absa Idirect a little longer, for their service, nothing compares to that, when you are made to feel like you the only person they are focused on, thank you guys, and well done on your excellent customer service
