Excellent customer service

I would like to cinvey my gratitude to Tracy from Idirect for her assistance this past weekend in assisting me with the uber service benefit. She went beyond the call of duty and gave me her personal number as she went off duty just to ensure everything was arranged. Sorry I have forgotten Tracy''s surname. Today I spoke to Mbalizethu Ngoobo and yet again excellent service. Her friendliness and eagerness to assist really stood out for me. I comment both these ladies for excellent service.
