Excellent customer service
I received an email concerning my car insurance that was to my surprise about to lapsed. i immediately called ABSA and a very helpful lady by the name of Nomcebo Ntshali-Ntshali assisted me, amazing customer service and she went an extra mile to get to the bottom of my issue. We found out that she actually helped me before. Thanks you million times for your help Nomcebo, highly appreciated. She transferred my call to collections and the Gendelman (Mr Khosa) further assisted me with easy. Thanks guys for such an excellent customer service
