EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY OUT

We purchased our house 4 months ago. Due to heavy storms our roof started leaking. I submitted a claim over a month ago and they're looking for every reason not to pay out. We had 4 different contracting companies asses the roof and confirm it's due to storm damage. ABSA says it's due to a 'crack'. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! Needles to say if this is how our first claims process goes, we have no other choice but to change home insurance companies.
