Drastically increased premiums ***
Dear Sir/Madam On the 4th of May 2025 I recieved policy update with annual increase then again on the 5th May 2025 I received another policy update with drastically premium increase without any explanation.
I have been calling and emailing to get clarity but no one seems to care, this is not the way to treat customers.
Please attend to this matter.
