Double debited

Please check my account I was not supposed to be debited with that amount.

I took out the insurance on the 31st of Jan 2025 and for that 1 day it was 100 and something then the installment for Feb.

Yet I was debited for 2 full months.

Please correct this.

I did speak with an agent before the debit could go off.

I've been emailing and there is no help this is urgent.
