Don't insure with them as they do not have a customer ethic and will find ways not to pay your claim!

My first claim after paying for 30 years is an absolute disaster. Unprofessionally handled and had to do numerous followups. A leaking roof that has caused major damage over time and has now surfaced due to saturation levels of water in the walls. How many of you do roof inspections???? These are things that you do not expect to trouble you and you trust that the original installations was done correctly. The claim was rejected outright and I was promised the finalised feedback and escalation options within 24 hours and its gone a week with no response! Shoddy service and poor customer experience so don't insure with them!! They will throw the book at you when they need to pay!
