Dont insure what you are not willing to cover

Had an unsuccessful claim on my building, now they are cancelling my policy due to multiple claims. Is that not what insurance is for, to claim is you have a loss. The building is an old building, and they know that, they are willing to take your money each month, but when you claim for small things, like gate motors being ******, water damage due to burst pipes, and a geyser that broke, now they want to cancel your cover. This also makes that no other insurance will cover you because they decide to cancel the policy. Well done, just shows you its not about cover but making a profit. If this is the case stop insurance old houses.
