Don't expect any service from Absa Idirect !!
I have been trying to lodge a claim for Pothole damage since the 20th of December and have spoken to over 20 people at Absa insurance. Still have NOT had anyone call me back. I am officially cancelling my insurance. Absa seriously, this is quite possibly the worst insurance cover in SA
