Does anyone actually work at ABSA insurance?

I lodged a claim with ABSA Hoc claims regarding a roof leak, they contacted me back quickly and sent out someone to come and do a quote. It is almost a full month later and I have not received any feedback nor has anyone responded to my emails requesting feedback.

I have lodged a complaint with *** on the 25th of November during the night. They stated that they will get back to you within 2 days. It is now the 28th at night and I have still not received any feedback.

Hopefully someone will get back to us while our roof is still standing.
