Does ABSA Activate insurance exist? No Contact

I am unable to reach absa activate insurance via recomended channels. *** or *** I need to make changes and resume a quote. I need support to contact me on *** any time 24/7. I have held on for 5 times each an hour hold time and still no contact. I have emailed more than once but no responce. Is this normal. Do activate insurance still exist?
