Do Not Use Absa For Car Insurance
I have been an Absa Car Insurance client for almost two years, and I regret not leaving from day one. They have never provided peace of mind or made my life easier when it comes to my insured vehicle.
Their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. When you try to call or email them, they either don’t respond at all or take months to get back to you—and I’m not exaggerating.
To make matters worse, they increase premiums without any prior notice or explanation.
If you value peace of mind, DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE for your car. Avoid them at all costs!
