DO NOT USE ABSA!
If you think that by including the ABSA CEO, will help resolve a problem, think again..I've been struggling to resolve a claim since February 2023..
I highly recommend that using ABSA for any service is a big NO NO.. There's little to no communication, follow up, or resolution, no intent on solving your problem. They sign you up with false promises, you think that if something goes wrong you will be covered. I'm just lost for words at now at this terrible service..
