DO NOT take out iDirect Insurance at ABSA

ATTENTION !! DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE (IDIRECT) WITH ABSA !!!!

ABSA's Idirect is the WORST insurance out there. BAD BAD customer service. From consultants all the way up to managers.

I claimed for my PC a month ago. till this day I NEVER got any feedback. updates, progress NOTHING. I had to call everyone myself and do all the follow ups myself. I just keep on getting emails saying that they will look into the matter but a month later they are still "looking" into the matter.

At this point I think that ANYONE that takes out idirect insurance are signing up for stress.
