Do not sign up with Absa activate - non existent customer service
Do not sign up with absa activate. I have given notice of my cancellation and am now getting completely ignored. My premiums have increased twice in the last 3 months and I can get much cheaper quotes elsewhere. I have sent them an email, no response. I have phoned in to the call centre more than 5 times to follow up on this! As soon as I mention I am following up on a cancellation, the line gets dropped??? I have literally not been able to get through to anyone to confirm this cancellation.

31 May 2024, 12:37Please can you just confirm my cancellation? I’ve already paid my debit for May so want the cancellation to be effective end of May as requested. Another agent told me this would be possible but now no one is getting back to me
