Do not recommend them

The consultants who helped were rather professional but confused, i spoke to a consultant who i have given all my details etc and she didnt tell me anything was incorrect, other than calling back and speaking to a different consultant and telling me a whole different story, so i took a insurance but my dad was the policy holder as he owned the vehicle etc i was just going to be paying for it, the lady then told me thats not how it works as the previous lady put all the details has im the policy holder etc, she then told me to cancel the policy and redo it and i have been trying to contact the cancelations department no answer.

I have been on the line for hours.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I should have just stuck with santam way more efficient and professional.
