DISSAPPOINTING TO NOT GET THROUGH ANY COMMUNICATION

for months now, since january i have been contacting absa active to have my insurance reduced, i can not get through to them i wait for mor than 30 minutes. i sent an email as well and have not been contacted. i dont know what it is i have to do to get assistance
