Dissapointed with Absa car insurance

I recently took out insurance with with Absa Idirect, the agent told me that I would get a discount, to my surprise the document I was swnt does not mention any of that, worse part I asked the guy to start debiting on the 21 Dec, 1st Swcember the debit order went off and of not an agreed premium. I have been sending email, asking agents to call me back, nothing has happend. This is dissapointing from what I was told
