Disgusting Service

Recently, I was in an accident on 7th January 2023 and have been in contact with Mbali. Claim was only processed on the 11th January 2023 and the assessor only arrived on the 12th of January 2023 after numerous phone calls. I was then informed that the claim will be paid out which is not what I wanted. The assessor, Tyrone, quoted R95k for repairs and yet the quotes I received are valued at R37k . What a absolute *******!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Absolute sharks!!!Disgusting service and extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff!! ***
