DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! LACK OF SERVICE ALL ROUND!

Is there an option for 0 star rating!!! Besides me calling into the call center everyday for a week, sometimes even twice... im forever told that my query has been escalated. Nobody can give me feedback. I keep getting the same story. Ive even mailed the consultant myself, no response.

Cherry on top today, called into the call center once again. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes. Not a word from the call center agent. Eventually she dropped the call.

Called in again to speak to someone else, guess what... on hold for another 25 minutes.

Ive mailed complaint, Ive sent feedback on their website... NOTHING.

DONT EVER CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
