Disgusting ABSA treatment.

I cannot express enough how appauling ABSA insurance is. This is my second review because after my first, i thankfully recieved feedback within an hour of the review and then days later for the outcome only to be told the outcome is still the same disgusting outcome that initially caused the issues so there was no resolution besides them shrugging their shoulders and blowing me off like i'm not an actual paying customer? It is really disgusting to know as a paying client that I get treated like this continuosly by these people. Do I take this to small claims court? Pay an attorney to resolve this for me and waste more of my hard earned money? I already have paid almost R30 000 out of pocket for their ridiculous lack of interest in my claims and ther 'opinions' which are simply ways to get them out of paying for our claims. I am really fed up and cannot move to another insurer until i resolve this.

Honestly a tired, disrespected and insulted customer - ABSA, you are disgusting.
