DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE

So this happened on the 29th April and nothing has been done on my car.

Absa South Africa Vehicle insurance (@Absa activate) to be exact IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTELY WORSE INSURANCE TO HAVE. We have been in accidents before BUT HANDS DONE, ABSA IS WINS WHEN IT COMES TO POOR SERVICE!!!

I live in Alberton. Get hit from behind in Alberton. Absa has my car towed to Boksburg (SMD) nothing is done there. Then my car gets towed to Sandton (Renew it Proline), nothing gets done there either. Then my car gets towed to Randburg (Renew it), where FINALLY an assessor is appointed (15/05/2023). The damages amounts to nearly 100K but the assessor now advises that the car should have been sent to ALBERTON, (WAIT FOR IT 🤔 WHERE THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED😶) WOW WOW WOW 👌🏻 2 days later my car is still in Randburg. Only once it is in Alberton will they advise me how long it will take to repair as parts would obviously have to be imported. Then I have the access to think about.

So we work our ass off to buy brand new dream cars, not to show off but because we feel we deserve it, and this is the regard ABSA has for our personal property and the "protection" of it. The very first time KIA launched the Sportage in SA, my words were "some day I'm going to drive that" That someday came, only problem is, I protected with the wrong insurance. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR, 1ST TIME OWNER. NOT SOME SECOND HAND S**** CAR FOR IT TO BE HANDLED IN THIS MANNER.

So the Nicky, Keegan and Pravesh that we asked for assistance from or some form of feedback and their failure to do so makes me wonder what respect do they have for their jobs and the income they earn monthly.

3 days prior to my accident, I asked to be put on a list of people getting retrenched so that a few people in my department could keep their jobs. Do I need this added stress right now, no I don't. So ABSA if you're in need of Management who actually understands the definition of Customer Service and protecting the identity of your brand, let me know where I can send my CV to.

I just want this done so that we can move on. IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK??????????

Even a 1 star rating is too much for the support we've received.
