Disgusted indirect client

I'm really disgusted with the investigation done by the absa team. As they can not supply me with any evidence of their findings. They are just going on the word of their service provider. So I really think absa indirect is the pits for damaging my property and then making it of as OK. I have never in my life seen such bad service and investigation work.
