Disgruntled ABSA Client

I would like to broadcast a warning to everyone insured with ABSA Insurance Company Limited who has a ABSA Homeowner's Comprehensive Insurance Policy. A section of the boundary wall of my property collapsed and took my gate down with it, after an extremely windy day. ABSA Insurance DOES NOT CARE about the safety of their clients, as it has been weeks (mid-September 2020) since the wall collapsed and it took all this time for them to come to the conclusion that the wall was initially poorly constructed and they REJECTED the claim. We have called them numerous times following up but ABSA Homeowners Insurance were slow to respond on all occasions. My questions are: Where are their building inspectors? Why did they not inspect the property before approving the home loan for the house? Or when they insured us? ABSA approved our home loan with the so-called substandard boundary wall! Why was nothing said at the time? Since we don't have a gate or wall, complete strangers have complete access to the property, which makes it EXTREMELY unsafe for me and my family. This situation is putting my family at RISK! ABSA Insurance has been taking my premiums each month, on time, but I have to wait for so long to get a response from them.
