DISGRACEFUL ABSA

I was involved in a car accident on 25/09/2021 when I dial the number for customer service which is at policy schedule provided by ABSA, the number says they're closed and I should call during business hours. Accident Report was done immediately and I've been supplying ABSA with everything they request. The claim has been with ABSA for over a MONTH now and ABSA are still asking same information that I've provided them with not once and not twice. And the level of unprofessionalism at ABSA is very high and ABSA feels they're doing us the client favor during this claim process.

This is frustration I am encountering with ABSA, please if you were INTENDING JOINING ABSA in any way ...think twice!!! As ABSA have proved that all us well when they are receiving the premium or installment and is savor when they have to fulfill their financial commitment.
