Disappointing service Home insurance claim

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Absa HomeOwners Insurance. I have been trying to get some response from them from the 14 March 2022 in respect of a claim lodged. I have not gotten any assistance from Absa when I really needed help after a heavy storm and had to seek help with my own costs from a plumber. I now seek assistance in my reimbur*****t and still no response from them. Absa HOC is very quick to email us when there is an increase in our premiums and we are expected to pay diligently , but when it comes to claims then we are ignored.
