Disappointing service from Absa insurance, very disgusting!
I am extremely disappointed at Absa insurance, late last year the storm damaged our ceiling board. the ceiling is now worse and they are still giving us the run around and not fixing it. They claim it is lack of maintenance, our roof was maintained and repainted in winter. I wouldnt advise anyone to use Absa insurance after the horrible experience we are having!

01 Apr 2026, 14:38Absa is completely a useless insurance company, Marvellus Chauke was suppose to contact me since i raised this issue till this day he has not contacted me but i received an email stating the issue is closed.

01 Apr 2026, 15:11This insurance does not value and respect their clients, for 5 months the back and forth i pay insurance every month. my white neighbours damage was resolved long time ago but mine gets to be declined and investigated just because i am of different colour.
I maintained my roof last year in winter and you giving me this run around like i have time for this? this nonsense completely disrespectful and *********!
