Disappointed with Absa I direct

Horrible experience with their vehicle, building and house hold insurance. The worst part is that I had convinced my elderly mother to join me at Absa & she also got horrible service. They must just stick to banking because they don't even check with their clients if they have been properly serviced by their approved panel beaters or not, they don't communicate or revert back to you if you have a claim, you have to constantly call in.
