Disappointed in ABSA INSURANCE

I have contacted and emailed ABSA since March 2024 to cancel my insurance on my house and vechicles and if i phone the consultants is busy so they will phone back or i can email so i emailed them to ask to please make sure that my house and vechicles insurance is canceled and to send me proof of cancelation. Still the debit orders want to go off and no one comes back to me regarding the cancelation of insurance plans.
