Disappointed Client

Extremely disappointed with the service received from Absa insurance. We were victim to hail damage on 24 December and there is still no response from them. Nobody seems to know what is going on and nobody is able to assist. Strongly advise anyone looking to take up insurance not to deal with Absa.
