Difficult to get hold of and high renewal premiums

I have received my renewal policy documents which take effect from 1 June 2025. The increase to my homeowner's premium has gone up 19%. My home content's premium has also gone up 19%. My motor premium has gone up 15%. This is unacceptable. I requested a premium review last year and it was declined. I requested a premium review in January 2025 and it was declined. I am now going to request a premium review one last time before this renewal policy becomes effective. Your premium increases are unrealistic in this economy. The insured amounts have gone up exponentially without my authorisation. I have tried calling your call centre numerous times today and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a consultant - please urgently get your retentions team to contact me.
