Different Premium prices, don't know how much I have to pay

Quickly to call and setup the insurance but afterward difficult to get a hold of. On Call the premium was discussed but when I got my email the premium was at a higher price than discussed. An hour later I had another email with a different price. On my ABSA banking app I have the one price and on the Activate app I have the other? Been trying to get into contact to resolve and find out what I have to pay at the end of the month but no contact so far.
