Desiree Shinning Star at Absa iDirect
I've had seamless service ever since joining Absa iDirect, especially when I had claims. Today, I need to specifically complement Desiree at the iDirect Retentions Department. I was on the phone with her on the 13/07/2020 and I must say I had the most memorable interaction with her, her service was impeccable! She is witty and how can I forget, she far exceeded my expectations on delivering on my request.
