Des Brown is amazing

Just got out of a very pleasant call with a lady called Des Brown. I am a "Activate by ABSA" customer and I wanted to amend some of my details. I was absolutely wowed by the type of service that I received from this lady. Especially these days where customer service is basically a thing of the past. Desiree resolved my issue with a very professional and pleasant approach.
