Denied opportunity to cancel existing policy

I have been trying to call them to cancel my current policy with them. Every time I get through they claim to transfer me to cancellations department and my call gets disconnected immediately. On the 30th of April 2024, I spoke to Mmabatho at 11:57 and later spoke to Thembeka at 14;04. Same thing happened on the 2nd of May 2024. As I am writing this review I have already spoke to Clarence @ 8:22 as well as Xolani @ 8h30. I am really frustrated with this company.
